Founded in 1991, Lehmann Construction, Inc. has been a reliable partner to general contractors across Monroe, Livingston, Ontario counties and beyond. We’ve built a reputation for quality work, honest communication, and the ability to deliver—no matter the complexity or pace of the project.
Over the years, we’ve contributed to office spaces, retail environments, industrial builds, and institutional facilities—always with a focus on coordination, craftsmanship, and keeping jobs on track. Our team takes a hands-on approach from pre-construction through closeout, working closely with project teams to make sure every detail is done right.

Safety
Lehmann Construction is committed to safety for all of its employees, as well as bringing safety knowledge to the job sites.
- 10 hour OSHA training required for all employees
- Formen perform weekly on-site safety discussions including “tool-box talks”
- Site safety visits by outside safety consultants has helped us to maintain a mod factor below 1.0
- Forklift, Boom lift, ladder and scaffold training, as well as proper lifting techniques, are all part of our safety culture
- We hold an annual company-wide safety meeting.
